Strong heather honey nose of intensity and some richness.
Fairness on palate – some heather spice – mid to high acidity – mid length.
Some style."

'Apple Mead'
The latest addition to the range...
Inspired by the ancient drink Cyser, and made from the double fermentation of selected local apple juices and honey, this is a subtle alternative to crafted apple wine.
